Our team developed a conceptual master plan and architectural design for a micro-community dedicated to providing stable housing and support for unhoused veterans. The development consists of 27 tiny homes, including three missional units, alongside a centrally located clubhouse designed for community building and access to essential resources.

We created a cohesive site layout that fosters connection and accessibility while ensuring a sense of privacy and dignity for each resident. The tiny homes were designed with functionality, efficiency, and comfort in mind, providing a safe and welcoming living environment.

To support the project's fundraising efforts, we supplied the client with high-quality renderings of the master plan. These visuals effectively communicate the vision and impact of the community, helping stakeholders and donors engage with the project’s mission and support its realization.
